Funny how nothing is said about strachan's running feud with Burke and that he may have used this as a vehicle to trash Burke. I dont see how an person like strachan can diss Burke so quickly. Name me 1 gm that has turned around a team in less than 1 year ! Strachan was a pig headed stubborn guy who thinks he's ALWAYS right. Well i, for 1 am glad he's gone !

An number of question about Al Strachan being fired from HNIC.

Was the title of his latest book Why the Leafs Suck etc his or the publisher’s?

Wasn’t Strachan fired from HNIC a few years ago after crticizing one Mr Brian Burke when the latter was GM in Vancouver?

Just wondering.

Scott Moore going “ballistic” is actually very much a part of his character. This is not the first time I’ve heard of it. CBC should look into addressing his actions, not Strachan’s….
