He’s a bully: Canucks reporter on Burke

I’ll be filing a piece later on last night’s Hockey Night In Canada’s telecast, but for now take a look at how Toronto Maple Leaf general manager Brian Burke was perceived by the media in Vancouver, where he was Canucks GM.

   His two main antagonists were Tony Gallagher of The Province in Vancouver and Team1040 afternoon drive co-host David Pratt. They’re not mentioned in the article, but you’ll get a sense of his relationship with reporters. A good piece by the CBC’s Tom Harrington.

    That Vancouver radio host (who was fired re. Bertuzzi’s wife) was John “the Beast” Connors.
